2022年9月6日 深圳のホテル5・羅湖の新時代酒店とシャトルバス
他社の人達と深圳に泊まる際は羅湖の新時代酒店を使った。坂田(Bantian)の華為基地までは車で40分ほどかかるが、
2006年当時の深圳としては欧米風ホテルで部屋も他国と比較して遜色ない。
また新時代酒店は深圳-香港空港間のシャトルバスの停車場所でもあり便利だった。
シャトルバスは中国と香港のナンバーを持っており、車に乗ったまま口岸のパスポートコントロールと税関検査が受けられるのだが昼間だと通過に30分程度かかる。
また満席でない場合は複数台の車の乗客を集めて1台に押し込んで口岸を越えて香港に向かう。
それでも満席に満たない時は暫く待合室で待たされることとなる。時間が読めないこともあり、シャトルバスは殆ど使わなかった。
Shenzhen hotel 5: Luohu New Times hotel and shuttle bus, September 6th, 2022
When I stayed in Shenzhen with people from other companies, I used New Times Hotel in Luohu.
It took about 40 minutes by car to get to the Huawei base in Bantian, but for Shenzhen in 2006,
it was a Western-style hotel and the rooms were comparable to those in other countries.
The New Times hotel was also a convenient stop for the shuttle bus between Shenzhen and Hong Kong airport.
The shuttle buses have license plates for China and Hong Kong, and we can pass passport control and customs inspections at the port without leaving the car.
If the bus is not full, passengers from multiple cars are collected and pushed into one car to head to Hong Kong across the port.
If the seats are still not full, we will have to wait in the waiting room for a while.
I hardly used the shuttle bus because I could not estimate the time.
