2022年4月30日 中国ホテルの無意味に広い部屋1
中国・北京の滞在は最初の2週間が天安門広場に程近い中心部の光明飯店(Guang Ming Hotel)だったが、
後半2週間は五家尭輝煌国際大酒店(Wujiayao Hotel)と言う北京郊外の上地(Shang-di)にあるホテルだった。
光明ホテルは4ツ星のようだが快適なホテルだった。
一方、五家尭の方は5ツ星のようで広くて麻雀卓もあるが、無意味に広いのだ。
朝食レストランまで行く途中に生簀があって魚がいるのだが、腹を上に向けている。要は既に絶命しているのだ。
しかも生簀のガラスには水蘚が付いて水も濁っている。
こんな魚が朝食に並ぶのか、と恐怖を覚え、朝食は肉と魚を避けてパンやタマゴや野菜等、
原材料がはっきりしていて間違いなさそうなモノのみを食べていた。自己防衛である。
Meaninglessly large room in a Chinese hotel 1, April 30th, 2022
During my first two weeks in Beijing, China, I stayed at the Guang Ming Hotel in the center near Tiananmen Square,
but for the second two weeks I stayed at the Wujiayao Hotel on the suburb of Beijing, Shang-di.
The Guang Ming Hotel seemed to be a 4-star hotel, but it was a comfortable hotel.
On the other hand, the Wujiayao Hotel was like a five-star and was wide with a mahjong table,
but it was meaninglessly wide. There was a fish cage on the way to the breakfast restaurant.
When I looked at it, a fish floated on the water surface of the fish cage. Moreover,
the glass of the cage had sphagnum moss and the water is turbid.
I was afraid that such fish would line up for breakfast, so I avoided meat and fish and ate only bread,
eggs, vegetables, and other things that seemed to be correct because the ingredients were clear.
It is self-defense.
