What we see when we doubt common sense, January 1st, 2022

When we go abroad, we can see the strangeness of Japan. I notice a lot of things like how strange we, Japanese, are!! The Japanese wisdom that scissors are for cutting paper and cloth and tongs are for picking up charcoal and trash is now changed by Korean B.B.Q. that we can cut the meat with scissors and can roast the meat by picking up with tongs, and bringing and drinking coconut juice in a plastic bag in the Philippine is also rational. It's not a beautiful way to spit out bones by chewing on a dish that has been chopped with bones, but it's okay to eat it like that.
However, I hate to treat or leave food poorly. It's a dynamic cooking, but it's a little uncomfortable to see the food left on the plate, such as the situation where the surroundings are full of scattered ingredients when cooking. The bottom line is that although the way to eat is beautiful, it's personal freedom, but let's take good care of the food.
