2021年11月22日 極めて新鮮なエビ料理
フィリピンでの出来事。オーストラリアの友人と二人でホテル裏の火鍋レストランで食事をした。安くて美味しい人気の店だ。
そこで目に留まったのが「フレッシュシュリンプ」。直ぐにオーダーした。亜熱帯気候のフィリピンでは日が落ちても暑く、
そんな気候だからビールと火鍋はコトの外うまい。
程なく鍋とオーダー具材が運ばれてきた。勿論、エビも蓋付き容器で運ばれてきた。すると店員は容器の蓋をズラし煮えたぎる鍋の出汁を容器に注いだ。
最期の足掻きで跳ねながら赤くなっていくエビ。見ていた友人は仰天してエビと店員を交互に見つめた。店員は赤くなったエビを鍋に投入して去って行ったが、
友人はポツリと一言、「なるほどフレッシュだ …」
Very fresh shrimp, November 22nd, 2021
It happened in the Philippines. I and Aussie friend went the hot pot restaurant for dinner behind the hotel.
It's a popular restaurant noted for cheap and delicious. What caught our eyes was "Fresh Shrimp". We ordered immediately.
In the subtropical climate of the Philippines, it is hot even in the night, so beer and hot pots are really good.
Soon the pot and ordering ingredients were brought in. Of course, shrimp were also carried in a container with a lid.
Then, the clerk slipped the lid of the container a little bit and poured the soup stock from the boiling pot into the container.
A shrimp that turns red while bouncing at the last moment. The friend who was watching was very surprised and stared at the shrimp
and the clerk alternately. The clerk put the red shrimp in the pot and left, but a friend said, "I see, it's very fresh ..."
