2021年11月14日 冷えたビールが飲みたい!!

成都では小菜と言うおつまみ風小皿と冷えたビールで始めて辛い麺で締める、と言う日々。ただ、こんな日本の流儀も中国では理解されず最初のうちは怪訝な顔をされた。 もう1つは麻辣火鍋。メニューではオーダーが難しいので、好みの食材を選ぶ「自助火鍋」の頻度が必然的に多かった。
ご想像の如く、料理が辛いのでビールがことのほか進む。かつての中国ではビールは常温で提供され、冷えたビールは楽しめなかったが、近年は冷えたビール、 常温のビールの両方を準備するところが増えた。何しろ、35℃を超える気温の地である。 最初の1杯くらいはキンキンに冷えたビールが飲みたくなるのは自然の摂理だと思うが日本人だけの思いなのか?
